平面内啮合齿轮传动最小啮合角研究

摘    要:内平动齿轮传动是平面内啮合齿轮传动的一种,为了改善该机构的性能,分析了平面内啮合齿轮传动中啮合角对该机构轴承受力和啮合效率的影响,结合设计实例,在LINGO平台上计算出了不同几何参数时的最小啮合角,为内平动齿轮传动性能的提高和应用推广提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Internal parallel moving gears transmission is a kind of inside engaged gear in plane, to improve the performance of this mechanism, combining with design instances, studied the influence of working pressure angle on bearing load and engaging efficiency of inside engaged gear. On the basis of LINGO software, the minimum working pressure angle was obtained according to different geometry parameters. This provides a theoretical fundament for im- proving the performance and application promotion inside engaged gear in plane.
