| 摘 要： | LXI是基于以太网技术的新一代模块化自动测试仪器平台,它集中了GPIB的易用性、VXI的高性能和小尺寸以及以太网的灵活性和高吞吐能力,在分布式测量及合成仪器应用方面具有巨大的潜力.本文在简要介绍了LXI的基础上,研究了LXI标准的物理规定、同步与触发、设备间通信、驱动程序、LAN和Web接口等几个主要部分.

| Abstract: | LXI is a new modular instrumentation platform for automatic test system, which is based on the Ethernet technology. LXI combines the advantages of GPIB for easy to use, the VXI for its good performance and compact size, and the Ethernet for its flexibility and high throughput. So it presents the large potential in the distributed measurement and the synthetic instruments. This paper gave a brief introduction of LXI, then analyzed several primary parts of LXI standard, including physical specification, timing and triggering, communication between devices, drivers, LAN and Web interface. |
