摘    要:卡瓦系统是井下节流器的关键部件之一,主要承受井下节流器节流后的轴向推力,其卡定性能直接影响井下节流器的稳定性与工作可靠性,不合理的卡瓦系统甚至会影响油管的强度与安全。研究了井下可打捞式节流器三角形齿形卡瓦系统的接触问题,并利用有限元软件分析了三角形齿形、环槽式结构卡瓦系统的接触应力分布,得到了不同宽度、不同外径卡瓦牙的接触应力变化规律,为卡瓦系统的设计提供参考。

Abstract:The slips are one of the key parts which mostly bear the axial thrust of down hole choke of downhole choke.The lock performance directly influence the stability and functional reliability of downhole choke.Unqualified slips system can influence intensity and security of oil pipe.Therefore,the contact state of slips system of fishable downhole choke has been studied firstly.And then,by using of the finite element method to study the trigon tooth,ring groove structure of down hole choke slips system,the stress behavior have been talked over of differ width and outside diameter slip element of the slips system.The method may coach the design of downhole choke slips system.
