摘    要:介绍了柱形弹性套胀紧连接实验台的结构设计过程.实验要求在大载荷下实验台最大变形位移不能超过设定的允许值,对结构要进行较为精确的变形分析,运用材料力学、数学等计算工具进行解析计算,找出了引起大变形的结构部位.对该结构适当修改后,进行再分析,结果满足了实验要求.

Abstract:The process of the structure design of the experiment table for cylindrical elastic sleeve expansion-joints is given in the article. When the heavy load acts on the experiment table, the largest deformed displacement of the experiment table must not be hrger than the value which has been given. So we must make an accurate deformed analysis of the experiment table. Finding the location of the experiment table which causes the main deformed displacement by using the tools of mechanics of materials and mathematics. Then we calculate the maximum deformed displacement of the experiment table again, after the structure we have found above is modified. The result shows the structure we have modified is very well for the experiment.
