海上石油平台电力组网及其EMS系统设计与实现

摘    要:本文介绍了南海某油田群海上石油平台电力组网及其EMS系统的设计。针对海上石油生产平台电网的特点,该设计很好的解决了小电网励磁涌流问题、海缆线路并网运行中的发电机自激问题及长海缆线路充电功率大等问题;同时提出了集SCADA/EMS、在线安控及电站综合自动化等功能为一体的EMS系统建设方案,解决了小电网的安全稳定控制问题。组网的实施增加了供电可靠性、减少了发电机组备用容量及节省投资,具有很大的推广价值。

Abstract:The paper introduces the design of power grid interlink and EMS system between offshore platforms.Against the characteristic of power grids on offshore platform,the design can solve the small grid excitation spill、generator self-excitation during the merging grid operation through sea cable line and large charging power in long sea cable line etc.At the same time this paper bring forward an incorporative EMS system project of SCADA/EMS、on-line safe and stable control and the plant integrative automation,and it settles the safe and stable control problem of small power grid.The practice of the power grid interlink has great popular value for improving the power supply reliability、reducing the spare capability of generator and saving invest.
