摘    要:本文综述了日本在研究精细工程陶瓷材料精密机械加工方面的新进展。烧结金刚石几乎是能胜任其切削加工的唯一刀具材料。指出了氧化物系精细陶瓷Al_2O_3、ZrO_2的切削加工特点,列举了加工实例。

Abstract:In this paper, it deals with the new development of precision machining for fine oxide ceramic tool material in Japan. It indicated that the synthetic diamond tool is almost the only suitable cutting tool. It also deals with the cutting features and experiments of fine ceramic tool material (Al2O3,ZrO2).
