摘    要:将无定型二氧化硅与乙二醇、氢氧化钾在196℃反应,制成高反应活性的五配位硅钾化合物,并以此为原料与2-氯乙醇反应制成双羟基四配位有机硅单体,通过该单体与对苯二甲酰氯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、低摩尔质量的异氰酸酯基封端的聚醚进行低温溶液缩聚反应合成了含硅聚酯、含硅聚氨酯、含硅聚醚氨酯;用IR、TG、GPC对产物进行了结构表征。结果表明,这些聚合物由于引进了硅元素,热稳定性有所提高, 摩尔质量一般为几十万。

Abstract:A high reactive pentacoordinate organic silicon complex was prepared by means of the reaction of silica with ethylene glycol and potassium hydroxide.Then novel tetracoordinate silicon was synthesized by the reaction of ClCH2CH2OH with reactive pentacoordinate silicon complex.Then silicon-containing polymer was synthesized by low-temperature solution condensation between tetracoordinate silicon and p-phthaloyl chloride or 2,4-toluene diisocyanate or poly(ether diisocyanatr)in dimethyl sulfoxide.The product was characterized and analyzed by IR、TG、GPC.The IR spectra of polyester exhibited a characteristic strong absorption bands for ester carbonyl about in 1724.0 cm-1.TG analysis showed the better thermal stability.GPC analysis showed that the molecular weight of silicon-containing polyester was between several ten thousand to hundred thousands.
