电磁软接触方坯连铸实验研究

摘    要:简要介绍了软接触电磁连铸技术的原理,分别从电源功率、结晶器切缝形式、弯月面位置、线圈匝数四个方面阐述了其对结晶器内磁感应强度和作用范围的影响,在此基础上进行了Sn-10%Pb合金和0.8%C钢拉坯实验,结果表明铸坯表面质量明显改善,振痕为传统连铸的10%,角部裂纹消失.

Abstract:The principle of soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting technology is briefly introuduced.The influence of this technology on magnetic flux density and limits of function in the mold is represented separately in terms of power supply,slit shape of mold,meniscus position and number of coils.Experiments of billet withdrawal with Sn-10%Pb alloy and 0.8%C steel have been done.It indicates that the surface quality of billets has been improved and the average depths of oscillation mark decreaseed by 90% and the corner cracks disappeared.
