滑动轴承内的磁场分布特性

摘    要:为了研究在磁场影响下机电设备中径向滑动轴承的摩擦学性能,提出了在轴承润滑区内三维磁场分布的研究方法.以一套外加磁场滑动轴承实验装置为例,利用磁场有限元方法,计算了1/24和1/4对称结构中空气、铁磁以及油膜区域的磁场分布情况,分析了径向滑动轴承的磁场在润滑油膜区内沿径向、轴向和周向的分布特性,并分别研究了轴承宽度、轴承直径、轴承配合精度等结构因素以及轴承偏心对磁场分布的影响.结果表明,在轴承油膜区内的磁场分布是不均匀的,并且磁场分布随结构和偏心参数的改变而改变,在轴承端部有端部效应,在轴承偏心时存在聚集效应.

Abstract:To investigate the tribological performance under external magnetic field in appliance of sliding journal bearings,the 3D distributions of the magnetic flux density in the lubrication zones of journal bearings were studied by a finite element method.Taking a set of slider bearing test rig with exterior magnetic field,the magnetic flux density distribution was computed using magnetic finite element model(FEM),including 1/24 and 1/4 symmetry structures with air,ferromagnet and lubrication zones.And the distribution characteristics were analyzed in 3D directions,while bearing structure and eccentricity in the magnetic field were also considered.The results showed that the distribution of magnetic field is not uniform,and changes with the values of structure parameters and shaft eccentricity.An edge effect emerges at the axial ends of bearings,and an aggregation effect occures at the axial ends as the bearing has eccentricity.
