| 摘 要： | 阐述了国资委与国有资产授权营运机构权利和义务关系,强调了政府在规范国有资产授权营运机构内部治理结构过程中的重要作用,指出政府可以从制订政策和立法等手段来推进国有资产授权营运机构内部治理结构的完善,并对相关的政策和立法的内容进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The rights and obligations of National Asset Committee and State-Owned asset Authorization Operation Institute are discussed. The significant role of the government to standardize internal governance in State-Owned Asset Authorization Operation Institutes is emphasized , and that the government can perfect internal governance in State-Owned Asset Authorization Operation Institutes through stipulating policies and legislations is pointed out. The contents of the policies and legislations concerned are discussed. |
