冰箱毛细管流动噪声的实验研究

摘    要:通过对冰箱噪声现状的分析,系统论述冰箱制冷系统内部流动噪声产生机制,提出对管内流体脉动情况进行测试的方法。通过实验得到毛细管进出口的压力信号的分布图,结果显示两者压力脉动信号的峰值频率均主要集中在中频段处。这种脉动频率正是导致声品质恶化的主要原因,为抑制冰箱制冷系统内部流动噪声指明方向。

Abstract:Analyzes the present situation of noise in the refrigerator. Discusses the mechanism of flow noise within the refrigeration system of the refrigerator systemly and brings up method of testing the flow pulsation too. Through the experiment, obtaines the spectrum of the pressure signal at the import and outport of the capillary. Finds that the peak values at the both locations mainly lie in intermediate frequency. Such pulsation frequency is exactly the main reason that causes a sound of quality to worsen, so the experimental result of this research has offered the direction for suppressing the flow noise within the refrigeration system of the refrigerator.
