| 摘 要： | 分析自动拣选系统的拣货区数量、缓冲区容量和品项分配与并行分区拣选策略下系统效率的关系,研究各拣货区挡板动作时序对订单拣选总时间的影响,提出一个对并行分区拣选策略的综合优化方法.该方法以总拣选时间最小为目标,确定最佳拣货区数量和缓冲区容量,引入并改进相似系数,建立基于相似系数的品项分配聚类模型,提出一种启发式聚类算法.经对某自动分拣系统进行实例仿真分析,结果表明,该综合优化方法有效.
