铝合金在输变电构架中的应用

摘    要:以往在输变电构架中应用铝合金构件主要从电力工艺出发,较少考虑建筑结构方面,部分原因是缺少相应设计规范。近年来,国内外相继出台了铝合金结构设计规范,并且铝合金构件重量轻,易于安装和运输,通常在空气中不腐蚀,具有优异的强度/重量比及较高的可回收性,这些导致其在输变电构架中的应用前景广。实例表明铝合金结构在国外输变电工程已有成功应用实例。铝合金结构与钢结构全寿命经济比较表明,输变电构架中应用铝合金结构的投资基本是钢结构的1.2~1.5 倍。

Abstract:Traditionally,the application of aluminum alloy component in transmission trusses is mainly focused on techniques,instead of structural side,resulting in accidents or hidden troubles.In recent years,aluminum alloy structural design criterions have been established one after another both domestically and overseas.The advantages of aluminum alloy components include light weight,easy to install and transport,hard to be corroded in the air,excellent strength-to-weight ratio,and high recyclability,etc.,making it a promising candidate in transmission truss constructions.Successful practices have been shown in foreign projects.Full life cycle economy comparisons of aluminum and steel structures show that the cost of aluminum structures is about 1.2~1.5 times of that of steel structures.
