氢氧化镁铝与CPAM对高岭土填料的协同絮聚作用

摘    要:以带正电性的氢氧化镁铝胶体为阳离子微粒,与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺组成微粒助留体系,研究该微粒助留体系对高岭土填料的絮聚作用.实验结果表明,氢氧化镁铝对高岭土具有微弱的电中和作用,可引起高岭土悬浮液的凝聚,但聚集程度较低.氢氧化镁铝与CPAM联合使用,可大幅度提高对高岭土的絮聚作用.其中,先加CPAM后加氢氧化镁铝形成的是结构致密的高岭土絮聚体,而先加氢氧化镁铝后加CPAM形成的是结构松散的高岭土絮聚体.先加氢氧化镁铝的方式达到最大絮聚所需氢氧化镁铝的量较低.絮聚受剪切作用的影响较小.

Abstract:Positively charged magnesium aluminum hydroxides(MAH) were used together with CPAM to constitute cationic microparticle retention systems.The flocculation effects of the microparticle retention systems on kaolin filler were investigated.The results showed that MAH induced a weak flocculation of kaolin clay by its weak charge neutralization.The clay flocculation was largely improved by the synergistic flocculation effect of MAH and CPAM.When CPAM was first added to the clay suspensions,the clay particles flo...
