| 摘 要： | 分析船用柴油机曲轴油孔的特点和使用雾化装置、枪钻加工的优越性。结合公司现状在旧机床上改造时逐步暴露出的技术难点,着重阐述了遇到的问题及解决措施。通过对此新技术、新工艺方法的试验、试制,证实了枪钻的优越性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes characteristics of crankshaft oilhole and its advantages in using atomization device and machining in drill gun.Combined with existing technological difficulties in modification of old machines,it expounds problems and countermeasures.By test and research of the new technologies and techniques,the advantages of the drill gun are confirmed. |
