| 摘 要： | 使用模拟电荷法和有限元法，对三种电场模型进行了计算，比较和分析了二者的计算精度和适用范围介绍了一种用有限元法进行电场模拟计算的应用软件──ＡＮＳＹＳ／Ｅｍａｇ，并对它的计算精度和特点进行了研究．

| Abstract: | The comparison and analysis of the calculation precision and application scope between FiniteElement Method (FEM) and Charge Simulation Method (CSM) are presented in this paper bysimulating three types of electrostatic models. A software of electric field simulation named asANSYS/Emag is introduced and it's calculation precision and distinguishing feature are also investigated. |
