摘    要:介绍了一种通用机床超声振动工具头的设计原理与方法。利用力电类比和四端网络法,构建了超声工具头换能器的等效网络图,通过电路运算,得到了换能器的频率方程与前后端面振速比的计算公式,据此设计了谐振特性良好的1/2波长超声换能器。进行了超声与普通特种玻璃钻削对比试验。试验表明,利用通用超声工具头材料去除率可达到普通钻削的3倍,且齿面质量明显提高。

Abstract:The design principle and method of the multi-ultrasonic tool-head are introduced. Based on the theory of four-end network, the equivalent electric circuit diagrams of the transducer-horn are constructed by using the analogous method between mechanical force and electric. The frequency equations and formulas of amplification factor for the trans ducer-horn are derived by means of calculation of the equivalent electric circuit diagrams. On the basis of the expressions, a set of transducer-horn with the favorable resonance performance has been designed. The experiments of the ultrasonic and conventional drilling on a certain glass material have carried out. The experiments show that the material removal rate of the ultrasonic drilling is three times that of the conventional one, and the ultrasonic drilling produces a better tooth surface quality.
