摘    要:为了获得有效的测量信息,建立架空输电线舞动自动监测系统,采用图像与视觉分析方法,提出了一种智能视频分析在舞动监测中的应用的系统设计。该方法采用固定于杆塔上的摄像头拍摄杆塔和电缆图像,在电力线上加装参照物的方法增强识别效果,采用智能视频分析算法获得舞动轨迹、幅度与角度。该系统通过ZigBee技术构建无线传感器网络进行可靠通信,采用风光互补供电方式保证野外供电的持续可靠。为输电线舞动的动态监测与预警提供了一种新的方法和思路。

Abstract:In order to obtain effective measurement information,establish an automatic system for monitoring the wave of overhead power transmission line,the design of a kind of intelligent video analysis system was proposed to inspect the wave of overhead power transmission line by the analysis of image and vision.The images of tower and cables were captured by cameras fixed on a tower.Objects of reference were installed on the power line to enhance recognition effect.The waving tracks,amplitude and angle of power line were acquired through the algorithm of intelligent video.This system realizes reliable communication through constructing wireless sensor network of ZigBee technology.The complementary method of wind and light ensures consistently reliable power supply in the field.This new kind of method provides an idea for monitoring and early warning the wave of power line dynamically.
