齿轮自动设计与建模一体化系统实现

摘    要:利用VB.NET语言开发了基于Pro/E的齿轮自动化设计与快速建模一体化设计系统。在用户界面内输入设计要求,系统可自动进行齿轮的设计计算与强度校核,输出齿轮的模数、齿数等结构尺寸,并利用VB API实现了与Pro/E的无缝连接,直接由设计参数尺寸驱动快速生成齿轮的三维实体模型。

Abstract:Using VB.NET language,an automatic design of gear and modeling integration system is developed based on Pro/E.Inputting design requirements in user interface,the system can calculate and check strength automatically,then output the modulus of gear and number of teeth.Finally by VB API,the system can generate 3D model of gear directly from design parameters,realizing seamless connection with Pro/E.
