光电编码器信号相位自动补偿方法研究

摘    要:提出了一种基于移相器的光电轴角编码器信号相位自动补偿方法。此方法利用数字电位器代替传统移相器中手动调节电阻器,并利用FPGA控制数字电位器改变阻值,实现相位自动补偿的目的。详细介绍了设计思想,硬件电路和算法实现。实验结果表明,该方法有效提高了光电编码器测量精度,实时补偿性好。

Abstract:A method to automatically compensate the signal phase for photoelectid encoder base on phase shifter.This method carries the automatic compensation of signal phase by using FPGA to control digital poentiometers which replace the traditional method of using manual changing resistanc.The design principles,hardware circuit and algorithm are introduced simply.The tested results show that this method is effective to improve the measurement accuracy of optical encoder,and a good real-time compensatory.
