摘    要:针对高温合金材料GH3039切削加工性差的特点,设计了大径向铣削力加工试验,测量了切削过程中的切削力。利用最小二乘法对试验数据进行了回归分析,建立了切削力的经验模型,得出了切削参数对切削力的影响规律,为优化切削参数、研究刀片磨损机理提供了参考数据。

Abstract:Based on the poor machining characteristics of superalloy GH3039, the experiment of cutting force is pro-cessed. The least square method is used to make a regression analysis on testing data, and the experiential formula for large radial milling is established. The influencing laws of cutting parameters on cutting force are educed, which can offer an im-portant reference for optimizing cutting parameters.
