摆线铣削奥氏体不锈钢试验研究

摘    要:作为难加工材料,奥氏体不锈钢机械加工性能较差,为了提高其加工效率,本文采用两种来自不同厂家的铣刀,基于往复式斜坡切入铣削方式、普通直槽铣削方式和摆线铣削方式对奥氏体不锈钢进行试验研究,结果表明:在考察的三种铣削方式中,摆线铣削方式能有效提高奥氏体不锈钢的加工效率。

Abstract:As difficult-to-cut material,austenitic stainless steel has poor processing performance.In order to improve its processing efficiency,based on reciprocating slope cut in milling method,ordinary straight slot milling method and trochoidal milling method,austenitic stainless steel milling experiments have been done in this paper with two type of milling tools which made in different corporations.The results show that the processing efficiency of austenitic stainless steel has been obviously improved by trochoidal milling method.in three milling methods mentioned above,trochoidal milling is the best method to process austenitic stainless steel.
