| 摘 要： | 研究了用微波—过氧化氢联合消解测定城市生活污水中总氮总磷的方法。通过加标回收率试验,分别研究了微波功率、微波消解时间、H2O2和1 1 H2SO4的用量对样品消解效果的影响。结果表明,本方法与国家标准方法比较具有操作简单,快速,消解完全,精密度和准确度高的特点。

| Abstract: | The microwave-hydrogen peroxide digestion method for the determination of total nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater was studied.The effection of microwave power,time of digestion,amount of hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid(1 1) were studied for digestion efficiently.The new digestion method compared with traditional digestion method showed several advantages such as easy and fast digestion,high standard addition,recovery precision and accuracy with satisfactory results. |
