多元素高碳中锰钢衬板的试制与应用

摘    要:提高中锰钢的含碳量,加入少量的合金元素,采用适当的工艺措施,在保证良好的韧性同时,提高加工硬化能力,获得在非强烈冲击工况用的新型耐磨材料。用其替代Mn13做颚板,衬板,耐磨必珂提高1.6倍以上。

Abstract:By means of increasing carbon content and adding some alloy elements into the medium manganese steel. the work - hardening ability can be promoted and the wear resistance can increase more than 1. 6 times. This material can be used to make some parts such as jaw plate, liner and so on.
