盐酸介质中锌缓蚀剂的研制

摘    要:采用正交试验方法对喹啉、吖啶、季铵盐类化合物进行复配得到一种盐酸介质中锌的优良缓蚀剂.利用失重法、电化学极化曲线法、扫描电镜对其缓蚀性能进行了评价.结果表明该复合缓蚀剂缓蚀率高,是一种阴极型缓蚀剂,扫描电镜照片显示无点蚀、晶间腐蚀等非均匀腐蚀现象.

Abstract:A composite inhibitor of zinc in hydrochloric solution is prepared by orthogonal method. The inhibitive efficiency of the inhibitor has been evaluated by weight-loss method, electrochemical polarization-curve method and scanning electron microscopy techniques. The results show that the inhibitor is a kind of cathode type inhibitor. The corrosion rate of zinc in hydrochloric acid is low. The SEM photos indicates that signal of heterogeneous corrosion is not found under different corrosion condition.
