摘    要:介绍了在电厂检修时对1台100MW机组汽轮机末级水蚀叶片的修复情况。修复后,末级叶片无需进行热处理和对转子做动平衡,至今已正常运行两年多。

Abstract:The situation of repair for final-stage water eroded blades of a 100 MW steam turbine during the time of repair in one power plant has been presented. After repair, it is not necessary to carry out heat treatment of the final-stage blades and dynamic balancing of the rotor, the operation to be normal through more than two years.
