| 摘 要： | 结合区域经济发展理论与我国西部大开发的实际情况,从两个方面对我国西部地区利用外资的可行性问题进行了具体讨论:西部地区利用外资具有理论基础,符合区域经济发展规律,有利于加快我国西部大开发的进程;西部地区利用外资的可行性研究分别从利用外资的动力、引力和成本3个层面上展开探讨,并且提出解决西部大开发利用外资相关问题的若干思路。

| Abstract: | Combining the regional economic development theory and the practical situation of development in western China, the feasibility of utilizing foreign capitals in western China is analyzed from two aspects. Firstly, the basis of economic theory for development in western China is introduced, and it matches the regional economic development law and quickens the process of development in western China. Secondly, motivation of utilizing foreign capitals, attraction of utilizing foreign capitals and economic cost are discussed. Problems arising from development of utilizing foreign capitals in western China are pointed out, and suggestions to solve these problems are put forth. |
