摘    要:通过对3种细菌去除水溶液中镍的效能进行调查,探讨了溶液pH、接触时间、离子强度等因素对镍离子去除效果的影响。结果表明,实验平衡数据较好地符合了Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附过程遵循准二级动力学模型,pH为5时吸附效果较佳,增大溶液离子强度会导致镍离子的单位吸附量降低。

Abstract:The performance of 3 kinds of bacteria in removing Ni^2+ from aqueous solution was investigated, and the influence of pH, contact time and ionic strength on the adsorption of nickel ions was also discussed. The experimental equilibrium data were analyzed by Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms, showing that they conformed to the Langmuir isotherm well. The nonliving biomass of three bacteria adsorbed well when pH was 5, but decreased with the increasing ionic strength.
