含铝废液制备超细硅酸铝

摘    要:超细硅酸铝通常是以硫酸铝和水玻璃为原料合成的,不仅消耗含铝的化工原料,且成本高。而本研究则以含铝废液为原料,通过反应合成、聚合、表面修饰、陈化、洗涤等步骤,制备超细硅酸铝。并对样品进行了化学分析、红外光谱、SEM和XRD等测定,得出:样品原生粒子在10 nm~40nm左右,次生粒子平均粒径为100nm,分子中的Si-O和Al-O键通过相互链接构成复杂的三维网络结构,并以无定型非晶态为主。样品的各项指标均符合现行中国企业通用标准,其化学式为:Na2O ? Al2O3 ?mSiO2 ?nH2O(其中m为9~11;n为4~6)。

Abstract:Ultra-fine aluminum silicate is synthesized from aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate generallyIt consumes aluminum containing chemicals with a high costTherefore, a new method that used aluminum bearing waste liquid as raw material was developed. The new method consisted of reaction, polymerization, surface modification, aging,and washing.Besides, the properties of the product were studied with compositional analysis, infrared spectroscopy, SEM, XRD.The results showed that the diameter of primary particles of the product was about 10~40 nm, and the mean diameter was 100nm for the secondary particlesA kind of 3-D network with Si—O and Al—O bonds built up its amorphous non-crystalline structureThe product was up to the current enterprise standard of ChinaIts chemical formula was Na2O · Al2O3 ·mSiO2·nH2O(m=9—11, n=4—6).
