For injection mould,the pore forming especially the supper long pore forming has long been a problem for the industry.This article takes the plastic optical fiber needle seat as an example,conducting a detailed analysis and proposing a new design and manufacturing methods for this issue-design and manufacturing methods on long pore core.It points out the drawbacks of the traditional production methods and describes the effectiveness of this new methods and application prospects.
