摘    要:从不同地方共采集到上百只被真菌侵染死亡的昆虫,通过分离纯化共得到82株虫生真菌。以保护地发生严重的桃蚜为试虫,选出其中15株生长快、产孢多的菌株进行毒力测定,结果表明这15株真菌对蚜虫均有致病性,但不同菌株对蚜虫的致病力存在明显差异。致病力最强的10号和9号菌株,在1.2×109个孢子/mL下,对蚜虫的校正死亡率高达76.6%和72.6%。

Abstract:Hundreds of dead insects invaded by fungi have been collected from different area and 82 strains were isolated from these insects. We selected 15 strains growing fast and producing more spores to measure their virulence against Myzus persicae. The result indicated 15 fungi all could kill Myzus persica, but the virulence was obviously different among strains. No. 10 and No. 9 strain had most virulence and their corrected dead rate to Myzus persica was 76.6% and 72.6% respectively with the inoculation concentration of 1.2×109 spores/ml.
