人类染色体识别系统

摘    要:文章的研究应用于清华大学电子系开发的CIARS犤9犦系统。文章介绍了基于自动分割的染色体识别系统的流程。对于人类染色体的自动分割一直是染色体识别的一个难题。由于染色体的柔软性和样本的离散性,染色体的样本中往往存在着各种交叠和粘连现象。目前市场上的各种染色体处理系统均未提供染色体的完全自动分割,而采用了人机交互的方式。由于染色体不是刚体,普通的对于刚体的分割方法无法应用于染色体交叠和粘连的分割。文章介绍一种基于边界分析的分割方法,成功地将分割问题转化为模式识别问题。

Abstract:The study of this paper is applied to the CIARS system that was developed by the electronic engineering department of tsinghua university.This paper introduces the flow of human karyotyping system based on automatic seg-mentation.Fully automatic human chromosome segmentation is a tough problem of the chromosome recognition.On ac-count of the pliability of the chromosome and the discretization of the sample,all kinds of overlapping and conglutina-tion occurred frequently.At the present time all the systems available do not provide the fully automatic segmentation,they need human intervention.Because the chromosome is not a rigid body,ordinary rigid body segmentation methods can not be used in such system.This paper recommends a segmentation method based on boundary analysis,it can con-vert the segmentation problem to pattern recognition problem successfully.
