| 摘 要： | 从国家能源战略的角度出发,介绍了分布式能源及其发展概况；从环境压力、能源需求状况、电力发展及安全、提高能效、建设新的经济增长点等方面,论述了发展分布式能源的紧迫性及面临的机遇；探索了分布式能源的融资、建设和运营模式；提出了发展分布式能源应注意的问题；展望了分布式能源的发展前景。
