烷基咪唑、吡啶类离子液体用作润滑剂的探讨

摘    要:探讨了1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐、1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐和N-丁基吡啶四氟硼酸盐三种离子液体作为润滑剂的可能性。试验结果表明,它们具有较好的粘温性能和较低的挥发性;具有较低的摩擦系数和较好的抗磨性,加入磷酸三甲酚酯可进一步改善其抗磨性。但是,三种离子液体除对个别强极性的或含有杂环结构的添加剂溶解性能较好外,对常见的一些润滑油添加剂溶解性能较差,对金属表面有较强的腐蚀作用。

Abstract:The possibility of some ionic liquids, such as 1-n-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolinium tetrafluoroborate,1-n-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolinium hexafluorophosphate and n-butyl-pyridine tetrafluoroborate, used as lubricants was examined. The experimental data showed that these ionic liquids possessed the advantages of relatively high viscosity index, low pour point, low volatility, low friction coefficient and quite good abrasion resistance. Their antiwear performance could also be further improved by adding tricresol-phosphate antiwear additive. However, these ionic liquids were hardly to dissolve the common lubricant oil additives except some strong polar compounds or additives containing hetronuclear structure. The said ionic liquids also showed the shortage of severe corrosive effect on metal surface.
