"十一五"期间电力线载波通信的发展对策

摘    要:结合“十一五”电力通信规划电力线载波技术部分的内容和当前我国电力线载波通信技术的现状,提出了“十一五”期间高、中、低压电力线载波通信技术中一些具体的技术热点对策,指出电力线载波要做好电力通信的备用通道,要积极发展特高压载波和中压载波,今后的努力方向是高速宽带载波。文中提出的观点对我国电力通信运行和电力线载波通信设备生产企业具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This paper presents some measures on how to deal with the technical problem in HV,MV and LV PLC technology during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.It points out that PLC can be used as the standby channel in power telecommunication system.It indicates that the ultra-high voltage and medium voltage PLC application should be developed actively,and high speed and broadband PLC is the future direction.The viewpoint of this paper can be a reference in the power telecommunication operation and PLC manufactures in our country.
