里氏硬度法推定Ⅱ级钢筋的抗拉强度

摘    要:通过大量的实验研究了影响钢筋里氏硬度测试的各种因素,并规定了现场里氏硬度的测试要求;建立了钢筋抗拉强度与里氏硬度的关系曲线;将该曲线用于现场钢筋非破损检测时,其检测精度在5.0%以内,故具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:There is a relationship between the steel bar Leeb hardness and its tensile strength. In this paper, through plentiful experiments, the factors that affect steel bar Leeb hardness were investigated and the test conditions was set up for the on site test, so as to establish a special formula to perform a non-destructive testing on site. The measuring deviation is within 5%, so it has high application value.
