摘    要:针对海岛群微网中各类电源及负荷特点,提出了一种含海洋能发电的多能互补海岛群微网系统规划评价方法。首先,分析了多能互补海岛群微网的典型架构及规划原则;而后构建了包含投资成本、环保效益和综合能效等方面的多属性多目标评价指标体系;最后,研究了各项指标的量化计算方法,并综合利用主观权重和客观权重的互补特点,提出一种基于G1-熵权-独立性权组合的海岛群微网系统规划评价方法。算例分析表明,所提出的规划评价方法可以较为全面地对各种海岛群微网系统规划方案进行科学的计算和评价,为最优方案的筛选提供技术支持。

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of powers and loads in islands micro-grid, a comprehensive evaluation method for islands micro-grid planning is proposed considering multi-energy complement. Firstly,the typical architecture and planning principles are analyzed for islands micro-grid with multi-energy complement. Then a multi-attribute and multi-objective evaluation indicator system is constructed, which includes investment costs, environmental benefits and comprehensive energy efficiency. Finally,the quantitative calculation methods for each indicator are studied,and a comprehensive evaluation method for islands micro-grid planning is proposed based on G1-entropy-independence combined weight, which considers the complementary characteristics of subjective weight and objective weight comprehensively. The case studies show that the planning evaluation method proposed could calculate and evaluate the islands micro-grid planning schemes more scientifically and comprehensively, provide technical support to optimal scheme selection.
