导弹发射车车控设备故障诊断仪研制

摘    要:针对车控设备缺少故障诊断设备,影响部队战训任务的问题。设计基于原理和故障树分析的车控设备故障诊断硬件平台,综合运用故障树诊断、模块化并行软件控制等技术,开发诊断软件。实现了复杂车控设备的智能自动诊断,经实际应用证明,系统实用、检测全面,满足车控设备故障诊断定位及维修支持的需求,节约了维修时间和经费,对提高发射车的完好率和出勤率具有重要军事经济效益。

Abstract:According to the deficiency of fault diagnosis equipment of the vehicle control system,it influence readiness and training of the army. Handware patform of the vehicle control system based on principle and fault tree analysis and diagnosis software by comprehensive use technology of fault tree dignosis and software control based on modular parallel is designed.Intelligent auto diagnosis of the vehicle control system is realized.The system is Practical and comprehensive and meet the demand of fault diagnosis and maintenance support.and save funds and time .The system have important military economic benefits.
