建筑旋转平移的基本方法探究

摘    要:在梳理分析建筑拆除和改造的概念、工作原理的基础上,结合绿色施工理念和关联度辨识方法,深化建筑移位技术,并通过工程实例予以验证。结合建筑旋转平移理论的运动学特征,分析移位加速度、托盘梁应变、不均匀沉降和倾斜控制等关键旋转平移技术要点。通过分析移位路径,推导出径向位移的理论计算公式,实现了对移位曲线、移位进程的定量分析,并计算出最大建筑移位距离。分析托盘梁受力状态和应变规律,结合钢筋混凝土的材料本构关系进一步推导出托盘梁容许应变值计算方法。最后结合工程实例分析了移位建筑典型观测点的布置,实时监测移位加速度、托盘梁及上部结构材料应变、不均匀沉降和倾斜等数据。从整体移位技术方案、工艺方法、移位与纠偏控制等多角度,总结出上部结构荷载的应变特征、倾斜和不均匀沉降与移位进程的关联规律。结果表明:建筑旋转平移技术可降低环境影响,实现整体资源化,为深化可持续研究提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:Based on combing and analyzing the concepts and working principles of building demolition and renovation, combined with green construction concepts and relevance identification methods, the basic theory of building rotation and moving technology was deepened and verified through one engineering case. Combined with the kinematic characteristics of building rotation and moving theory, the key points of rotation and moving, such as displacement acceleration, support beam strain, uneven settlement and tilt control were analyzed. The moving path was analyzed and the radial displacement theoretical formula was derived, the quantitative analysis of displacement curve and process were realized, and the maximum building displacement distance was calculated. The force state and strain law of the tray beam were further analyzed, and the formula of the allowable strain value of the tray beam was derived based on the constitutive relationship of reinforced concrete materials. Finally, the layout of typical observation points of the building was analyzed based on engineering cases, and the displacement acceleration, support beam and super-structure material strain, uneven settlement and tilt were monitored in real time status. From the perspectives of the overall displacement technical plan, process method, displacement and correction control, the strain characteristics of the super-structure load, the correlation law of tilt and uneven settlement and displacement process were summarized. The results show that the building rotation and moving technology can reduce the environmental impact and realize the overall resource utilization, and provide valuable reference for deepening the sustainability research.
