摘    要:随着配电网中负荷峰谷波动特性加剧以及分布式电源的渗透率加大,分布式储能势必成为配电网构建“供储销”新形态,提升存量变配电设备利用率和分布式可再生能源消纳能力是一种可行的技术方案选择。针对配电网时段性、局部性设备重过载负荷平衡需求,提出基于线路和变电设备两阶段潮流灵敏度搜索的分布式储能选址定容优化模型,以储能总投资最小为优化目标,考虑配电网潮流约束及储能运行约束,采用遗传算法优化求解分布式储能配置策略。算例分析表明,结合配电网发用电负荷分布特性、配变电能力,优化规划分布式储能,可发挥分布式储能对传统配电网投资的替代效应,提升配电网资产整体利用率。

Abstract:With the aggravation of peak and valley load fluctuation and the increasing penetration of distributed generation in distribution network,distributed energy storage is bound to become a feasible technical option to build a new form of " supply-storage-sales",and improve the utilization rate of existing power transformation and distribution equipment & the consumption capacity of distributed renewable energy in distribution network. Aiming at the load balancing demand of periodic and local equipment overload in distribution network,a distributed energy storage location and capacity optimization model based on two-stage power flow sensitivity search of transmission line and substation equipment is proposed. Taking the minimum total energy storage investment as the optimization objective, considering the power flow constraints and energy storage operation constraints of distribution network,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the distributed energy storage allocation strategy. The example analyses show that the optimal planning of distributed energy storage can play the substitution effect of distributed energy storage on the investment of traditional distribution network,and improve the overall utilization rate of distribution network assets by combining with the distribution characteristics of power generation, consumption capacity of distribution network & optimizing planned distributed energy storage.
