基于数值模拟的导线覆冰类型临界条件分析

摘    要:准确判断覆冰类型是覆冰量增长准确预测的基础。基于Fluent离散相模型计算了圆柱形导线外部气流流场分布和水滴运动轨迹,得出了不同环境下的水滴碰撞系数,根据覆冰雨、雾凇增长的定义,结合导线覆冰热平衡模型,提出了一种基于数值模拟推断出雨、雾凇类型对应的外界条件的方法。通过导线覆冰数值仿真与分析,得出了导线覆冰类型与碰撞特性和冻结特性的关系,分析了影响覆冰类型的环境参数,根据碰撞特性和冻结特性曲线以及环境参数可以初步判断覆冰形成类型。

Abstract:Accurate judgment of icing type is the basis of establishing icing prediction growth model. Based on the Fluent discrete phase model, the distribution of the airflow flow field and the trajectory of water droplets outside the cylindrical wire are calculated, and the collision coefficient of water droplets under different environments is obtained. A method to infer the external conditions corresponding to the types of rain and rime based on numerical simulation. Through the numerical simulation and analysis of wire icing, the relationship between wire icing type, collision characteristics and freezing characteristics is obtained, and the environmental parameters affecting the icing type are analyzed. According to the curve of collision characteristics, freezing characteristics and environmental parameters, the formation type of icing can be preliminarily judged.
