摘    要:

针对突发事件应急方案生成问题, 提出一种考虑属性特征权重影响的应急方案生成方法. 基于案例推理(CBR) 理论, 将基本遗传算法(SGA) 和粒子群优化算法(PSO) 引入属性特征权重的计算中. 通过收集到的数据验证了案例间相似度计算的准确性, 说明了所提出方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:

To solve the generating emergency alternative problem, the method of considering feature weighting factors for generating emergency alternative is proposed. Based on theory of case-based reasoning, the genetic algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm are introduced into the calculation of the feature weighting. Through the data collected, the accuracy of similarity calculation between cases are verified, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are illustrated.
