开关电源技术发展综述

摘    要:随着电力电子技术的迅速发展,高频开关电源已被广泛应用于计算机、通信、工业自动化和航天航空等领域。从硬开关技术、软开关技术、同步整流技术、数字控制技术、复合结构技术等开关电源的五个技术发展阶段,对高频开关电源技术的发展路径进行了阐述,总结了各种技术的特点,并展望了开关电源技术的发展方向。

Abstract:With the rapid development of power electronics technology, high frequency switching power supplies have been widely used in computer, communications, industrial automation, aerospace and other fields. Based on the following five developing stages of switching power supply:hard-switching technology, soft-switching technology, synchronous rectification technology, digital-control technology, and composite structure technology, the development path of high frequency switching power supply technology had been elaborated. The characteristics of the above technologies had been summarized, and the developing directions of switching power supplies were put forward.
