摘    要:级联故障是导致智能电网大停电事故的重要诱因。由于智能电网是物理连续的电力系统和数字离散的通信网络的相依网络,不仅继承了电力系统的自组织临界性,还受到网络攻击威胁。以复杂网络理论为基础,构建了基于节点攻击的级联故障模型,其中级联故障在2个网络之间交互传播,遵循马尔科夫过程。此外,基于智能电网的系统特性约束,提出一个结合电力潮流容量和通信能力容量的系统容量模型,并结合电力系统孤岛运行特性指标,研究多种因素对相依网络级联过程的影响。仿真结果表明,多种因素对相依网络的鲁棒性和生存性产生不同程度的影响,据此可以为制定减缓智能电网级联故障的策略提供参考。

Abstract:Cascading failure becomes an important cause leading to large-scale power outages of smart grids. Because smart grid is the interdependent network of physical continuous power system and digital discrete communication network, it not only inherits the self-organized criticality of power system, but also is threatened by network attack. Based on complex network theory, a cascading fault model based on node attack is constructed, in which cascading faults propagate interactively between two networks, following Markov process. Based on the system characteristic constraints of smart grid, a unified load-capacity model is proposed to integrate the power flow capacity with the communication transmission capacity. Combined with the island operation characteristic index of power system, the influence of various factors on the cascade process of dependent network is studied. The simulation results show that many factors have different effects on the robustness and survivability of the dependent network, which can provide a reference for the formulation of smart grid cascading fault mitigation strategy.
