摘    要:针对现有保护装置无法应对高压架空线路因断线故障造成的安全问题,提出了一种基于电压降落比较的高压架空线路断线保护原理。新原理使用架空线路两端电压采样值获得线路各相“测量电压降落”,采用均匀传输线路阻抗矩阵以及线路两端电流采样值计算得到线路各相“计算电压降落”,通过比较两种电压降落的瞬时值构成架空线路断线快速识别判据。仿真结果表明,所提断线保护原理动作速度快,可靠性高,在轻载情况下仍具有较高灵敏度。

Abstract:In view of the problem that existing protection devices cannot cope with the safety problems caused by line breakage fault, the paper proposes a novel principle for high-voltage overhead line breakage protection based on the comparison of voltage drop. In the method, the voltage sampling values at both ends of the overhead line are used to calculate the “measurement voltage drop” of each phase, and the uniform transmission line impedance matrix and the current sampling values at both ends of the overhead line are used to calculate the “calculated voltage drop” of each phase. The protection criterion is established by comparing the instantaneous values of the two voltage drops. The simulation results show that the protection has a fast action, high reliability, and high sensitivity even under light loads.
