摘    要:IES优化调度技术借助先进能源物联网技术,将冷-热-电-气多种传统能源、清洁能源、需求侧资源聚合至一定量级,参与IES互联、电网调度与市场化运行,在一定的运行目标与限制条件下,实现各能源子系统间的协调规划、优化运行与互补互济。但是,现有IES优化调度技术相关研究的价值导向、模型框架、运算方式不尽相同,其优化策略也各有侧重,存在考虑因素不够全面、未发挥IES全部潜能的问题。首先引出IES优化调度技术的意义,从模型建立、模型求解方面梳理该技术的研究现状;然后对现有IES的优化调度策略进行分类整合,首次提出IES“内部协同控制”与“外部统一调度”相结合的优化策略;最后,对该技术的发展提出了合理展望。

Abstract:With the help of advanced energy Internet of Things technology, IES optimized dispatch technology integrates cold-heat-electricity-gas energy, clean energy and demand-side resources to a certain level,participates in IES system interconnection, grid dispatching and market competition,realizes coordinated planning and optimized operation of various energy subsystems under operating objectives and restricted conditions. However,the value orientation, model framework and calculation methods of the existing IES system optimization scheduling technology are different, and their optimization strategies also have their own focuses, which lead to the problem that the potential of the IES system is not fully utilized. The significance of IES system optimization scheduling technology is introduced firstly, and the current research status of this technology are sort out from the aspects of model establishment and model solving. Then,the existing IES system optimization scheduling strategies is calssifed,an optimization strategy is proposed by combining "internal collaborative control" and "external unified scheduling" in the IES system. Finally,reasonable prospect for the IES system coordination optimization technology is put forward.
