摘    要:针对地区电网风储电站并网问题,计及对地区电网供电可靠性的影响提出其选址定容模型。模型以风储电站并网位置和配置容量为控制变量,以地区电网供电可靠性的提升最大化为子目标一,以系统综合规划运行成本最小化为子目标二,采用加权系数法将多目标转化成单目标函数,模型考虑了系统运行功率平衡约束、配置容量约束、弃风功率约束等约束条件。基于两阶段优化采用二进制粒子群和混沌粒子群算法设计模型求解流程。最后对河北省某地区电网采用所建立的模型进行风储电站选址定容规划,仿真算例表明所提出的方法能够显著提升系统的供电可靠性和经济性。

Abstract:In the light of the grid connection problem of wind storage power station in regional power grid, location and capacity model is proposed considering the impact of grid connection on the power supply reliability of regional power grid. The model takes the grid connection location and configuration capacity of the wind storage power station as control variables, takes the maximum improvement of power supply reliability of the regional power grid as the sub-objective one, while taking the minimum operation cost of the system comprehensive planning in the planning period as the sub-objective two,the weighted coefficient method is used to transform the multi-objective into a single objective which is comprehensive satisfaction index. The model considers the constraints of power balance, configuration capacity and abandoned wind power. Based on two-stage optimization, binary particle swarm optimization and chaotic particle swarm optimization are used to design the solution process of the model. Finally, taking a regional power grid in Hebei Province as an example, the proposed model is used to determine the location and capacity of the wind storage power station. The simulation results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the power supply reliability and economy of the system.
