摘    要:基于实时获取的广域测量信息,提出一种利用机端电压幅值偏差序列的最大Lyapunov指数指标(LLE)与机端电压幅值序列相结合的暂态电压稳定判别方法。基于无需系统模型的LLE计算方法,建立LLE与机端电压幅值偏差序列的数学关系,根据最大Lyapunov指数曲线运动的轨迹特征,以及机端电压幅值变化率-电压幅值偏差(Vmagcr-ΔVmag])特性曲线的运动趋势,提出一种基于LLE与机端电压幅值偏差率的暂态电压稳定判据。针对多机系统,本文提出基于临界机组对的暂态电压稳定判别方法。将本文所提方法在IEEE10机

Abstract:Based on real-time wide area measurement information, the paper proposes a method for the identification of transient voltage stability, which combines the maximum Lyapunov exponent index (LLE) of generator terminal voltage amplitude deviation sequence with the generator terminal voltage amplitude sequence. Based on the LLE calculation method without system model, the mathematical relationship between the LLE and the generator terminal voltage amplitude deviation sequence is established. According to the trajectory characteristics of the maximum LLE curve and the movement trend of generator terminal voltage amplitude variation rate-voltage amplitude deviation (Vmagcr-ΔVmag]) characteristic curve, a transient voltage stability criterion based on the LLE and the generator terminal voltage amplitude deviation rate is proposed. For multi-machine system, this paper proposes a method for the identification of transient voltage stability based on critical unit pair. The proposed method is simulated in IEEE 10-machine 39-bus system to verify its rapidity and accuracy.
