旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层温度型反射裂缝处治措施对比分析

反射裂缝是旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层的典型病害,本文利用有限元方法,对常用的打碎水泥混凝土路面板、加铺土工织物、加铺应力吸收层等处治措施进行了对比分析。分析中考虑了水泥混凝土路面板破碎尺寸、土工织物的弹性模量、应力吸收层弹性模量和厚度等因素的影响,同时对工程中常用的典型路面加铺结构进行了分析。结果表明,在各种处治措施中,打碎水泥混凝土路面板与加铺应力吸收层处治效果显著,加铺土工织物的效果较弱。综合运用打碎水泥混凝土路面板与加铺应力吸收层的措施,能够取得更好的效果。

Comparison of measures to mitigate thermal reflective cracking in asphalt overlay on old concrete pavement

The reflective cracking is a typical disease of the Asphalt Concrete Overlay（ACO）on Old Portland Cement Concrete Pavement（OPCCP）.Using the finite element method,commonly used treatment measures,such as broken OPCCP,geotextile overlay,stress absorption overlay,were compared.The size of broken OPCCP,elastic modulus of geotextile,elastic modulus and thickness of stress absorption layer and other factors were considered in the analysis.Typical structure with treating measures commonly used in engineering is also analyzed.The results show that,of these measures,to break OPCCP and stress absorption layer get a significant effect,the effect of geotextile overlay is relatively weak.Comprehensive use of broken OPCCP and stress absorption layer can achieve better results.
