摘    要:在大斜度大位移高难度定向井中,岩屑易在井眼中形成岩屑床,导致蹩泵、蹩钻甚至卡钻。本文在分析岩屑床的形成及危害的基础上,对岩屑床的清除办法进行了探讨,提出了将提高泥浆返速、改善泥浆性能与机械清除岩屑相结合的方法。胜利油田多口井的现场应用表明,该方法能有效地解决高难度定向井的携岩问题,为优质高效的钻高难度定向井提供了一定的技术保证。

Abstract:Cuttings are liable to form cuttings bed in high-inclination,long-reached and hardly difficult directional wells. They can lead to pump plugging,bit bouncing and pipe stuck.Based on analyzing the formation and damage of cuttings beds,this paper discussed methods to clearing away cuttings beds and provided methods which combined with accelerating mud return rate,improving mud properties and mechanically removing cuttings. Field applications of many wells in Shengli Oilfield indicate that this method can effectively solve the debris-carrying problems in hardly difficult directional wells and provide certain technical insurance for high-quality,efficiently drilling hard difficult directional wells.
